Meet Zahur Before you Meet your Maker

At Islamic Wills, we’ve been helping Muslims to prepare their Islamic Wills for over 30 years.

Working with mosques, Muslim charities, and business networks, we support thousands of individuals, like you, to navigate their way through Shariah compliant Wills.

Writing a Will is an important (fard) Islamic obligation. But for Muslims living in the UK, the urgency is greater.

A will states who inherits your estate. Without one, you die intestate, and your wealth is dispensed according to the rules set by law. These rules do not accommodate your Islamic beliefs. This means that your estate will not be distributed in accordance with Shariah.

We can help you prepare an Islamic Will in accordance with the Shariah principles. The Shariah Will / Islamic Will we draft for you will ensure that your estate passes onto your fixed inheritors as per the Islamic inheritance rules prescribed by the Quran and Sunnah (Surah An-Nisa verses 7-14).

It is a mercy to mankind that Allah (SWT) has determined who should inherit our wealth after we pass. But it is our responsibility to bequeath our estate in line with Islamic principles. Book a free 30-minute consultation to start today. You’ll learn that having your Islamic Will written isn’t daunting or costly.

“It is the duty of a Muslim, who has anything to bequeath, not to let two nights pass without including it in his Will.”

– Sahih Al-Bukhari –
